Added interactive quadrotor example notebook (examples/interactive_quadrotor_ext.ipynb) and updated it to use the newest version of the TinyMPC API
- To compare with the old version, see https://github.com/TinyMPC/tinympc-python/blob/113698875f717a5d275f7e23dd72cdde858074ba/examples/interactive_quadrotor_ext.ipynb.
Removed the duplicate Eigen headers (now copied from the TinyMPC/TinyMPC repo)
