As a feed reader user, I personally would be happy to see an Atom/RSS feed for tmp.0ut; this patch does it "by hand" because there aren't many entries, but an automated approach might be sensible instead.
I appreciate that this adds maintenance burden to publishing/updating volumes, so I completely understand if this doesn't get merged.
