Fix typos and duplicate words found across 17 documentation files, including:

• Repeated words (e.g., "the the", "a a", "using using")
• Spelling errors ("recieve" → "receive", "occuring" → "occurring", "thier" → "their")
• Grammar errors ("this pages" → "this page")
