This should probably get some extra sections such as "Workflow Steps" (see the Rapid RNA-Seq example: https://www.stjude.cloud/docs/guides/genomics-platform/analyzing-data/rapid-rnaseq/#workflow-steps). Also the typo check false positives should get added to the exclusion list.

@madetunj sorry for taking a few days, here is a link to the repository https://github.com/stjudecloud/university. As far as the doc there is a folder within genomics-platform that has all of the workflow guides. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!
