SPLIT DAEMON

What did you accomplish?

  • Move CI to Harness.
  • Move ECR to the Harness docker registry.
  • Improve the GH api limits using a new connector.
  • Improve Harness git fetch process time, moving the values.yaml to the templates folder.
  • Infra change

How do we test the changes introduced in this PR?
