This package depended on virtual/ffmpeg which has been removed from the main tree. Depend directly on media-video/ffmpeg instead. Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.8, Repoman-3.0.2
Use cmake eclass rather than cmake-utils which is deprecated (required update to EAPI 7). Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.8, Repoman-3.0.2

x11-libs/libvdpau-va-gldepends on FFmpeg, but was using thevirtual/ffmpegvirtual package to do this; that package has been removed, so it ought to depend onmedia-video/ffmpegdirectly instead.Also update the ebuild to use the
cmakeeclass rather thancmake-utilswhich is now deprecated.
