minor: expand faq char limits

• questions 500 char to 10_000 chars
• answers 500 char to 100_000 chars

Reason

• an arbitrary limit was set beforehand

Explanation

• instead of eliminating limits, just increases it just so we don't accidentally insert 100's of KBs of characters
