Corrected wording for clarity in README.

Description

This PR fixes a minor grammatical error in the "Verifying binaries" section of the README.

  • Before: "commands to how to"
  • After: "commands on how to"

This change improves the readability of the documentation.

Fixes: nodejs#61518
Removed note about symbolic link behavior in fs.copyFile.

I've reverted the changes in fs.md. Now this PR only contains the README fix again!
