As the title implies, this PR intends to add the
unescape-htmlsub to the library. I am currently unsure how complete you want the unescaping to be, for the initial draft I took the entities from https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_entities.asp. If you have a specific list in mind to implement, please post it in the PR.
