The cmake build command was missing the --parallel flag, forcing single-threaded compilation. This made builds unnecessarily slow, especially on low-end ARM devices where single-core I/O can cause the build to take hours. Adding --parallel lets cmake use all available CPU cores by default. Fixes microsoft#303
