Fix Android crash when Promise.reject receives null code
RNFS may call
Promise.reject()with a nullcodeparameter, which causes aNullPointerExceptioninPromiseImpl.rejecton Android.This patch ensures a non-null error code is always provided when rejecting
promises, preventing native crashes without changing JS behavior.
