Untested.
Praise be to the gods of permissions being read in order.
Allows for plugins to access players by name without extra classes.
Migration system for flatfile now works 100% UUID support still untested; should work in theory.
also fix for my stupidity

Updates are for compatibility going forward with the UUID system, primarily concerning Vault.
Flatfile support has no testing commands, but has migration (confirmed to work in testing) and UUID support (confirmed to work in testing).
