Pull request overview
Resets RELEASE_NOTES.md back to the project’s release-notes template, removing the prior release’s content so the file is ready to be filled for the next release.
Changes:
- Removed the previous release’s upgrade notes, feature notes, and bug fix entry.
- Restored the standard template placeholder comments for each section.
