Summary of Changes

Hello @joehan, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces new unit tests for the apphosting:backends:create command. The primary goal is to enhance code coverage and ensure the command's robustness, specifically by validating its error handling for missing required arguments in non-interactive scenarios and confirming accurate argument propagation to the underlying setup logic.

Highlights

  • New Test File Added: A new unit test file, src/commands/apphosting-backends-create.spec.ts, has been added to improve test coverage for the apphosting:backends:create command.
  • Non-Interactive Mode Error Handling: The new tests validate that the apphosting:backends:create command correctly throws FirebaseError when required options (--backend and --primary-region) are missing in non-interactive mode.
  • Argument Passing Verification: Tests ensure that the doSetup function is called with the correct arguments, both when the command is run in interactive mode (with undefined options) and non-interactive mode (with explicitly provided options).

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Code Review

This pull request adds valuable unit tests for the apphosting:backends:create command, effectively increasing test coverage for various scenarios, including error handling in non-interactive mode and parameter passing. The tests are well-structured. I have a couple of suggestions to further improve the test code by reducing duplication and removing unused variables, which will enhance maintainability.
