Th4: (取极值的第二充分条件)设$f(x)$在点${{x}{0}}$处有$f''(x)\ne 0$,且$f,'({{x}{0}})=0$,则 当$f','({{x}{0}})<0$时,$f({{x}{0}})$为极大值; 当$f','({{x}{0}})>0$时,$f({{x}{0}})$为极小值。 注:如果$f','({{x}{0}})**<**0$,此方法失效。
