This pull request introduces a chat-based user interface for interacting with LLMs inside the DISCO platform.

Key Features

• Added Chat and Evaluate options for language models in the model library
• Implemented a chat page accessible via the Chat option
• Developed a conversational interface with:
  • Prompt input field
  • Send / Stop generation button
  • Output display area with highlighted model responses
• Added a model parameter panel with:
  • Model type selection (GPT-based / ONNX-based)
  • Temperature, Do Sample, Top-k, and Max Tokens controls
  • Reset and Regenerate buttons
