Code Review

This pull request adds new data import configurations and test files for NITI Aayog's India Population Projection data. The changes are generally good, but I've found a couple of issues in the property-value mapping (pvmap) files. Specifically, there are erroneous extra properties for gender mappings which could lead to incorrect data ingestion. I've provided suggestions to fix these. Additionally, there are some minor inconsistencies, such as a varying number of trailing commas in one of the pvmap files.

The property-value mappings for Female and Male keys seem to contain an extra, likely erroneous, gender property with a value of """"". This will result in the gender property being a list ['Female', '"""""'] (and similarly for Male), which is incorrect. The extra gender,""""" part should be removed.

Similar to the other pvmap file, the mappings for Female and Male contain an extra gender property with a junk value """"". This should be removed to avoid incorrect data.

These lines have a different number of trailing commas compared to the equivalent lines in india_state_population_pvmap.csv. While the parser handles this by stripping trailing empty columns, it would be better to keep the formatting consistent across similar files for improved readability and maintainability.
