npm audit reports 1 moderate severity vulnerability CVE-2025-13465 (GHSA-xxjr-mmjv-4gpg) in the npm package lodash used in examples/custom-command.

and allow SemVer range for easier future maintenance.

Verification

Execute:

cd examples/custom-command
npm ci
npm audit

and confirm no vulnerabilities are reported. Then execute:

npm run custom-test

confirming that the Cypress test passes.
