The report UI now shows charts for flashblock metrics on validators that support it.

can you just remove this file? I think we should just use yarn.lock not both. Not sure when this was added.

yup, will resolve the nodejs ci job and remove it

The report UI now shows charts for flashblock metrics on validators that support it.
We also update
package-lock.jsonandyarn.lockTesting
