Currently the 404 error page on the docs site has a typo, does not use the styles associated with the rest of the site, and links to an old & outdated page for "getting started" rather than the current menu.
This replaces the 404 html page with a 404 markdown page that will use the current layout and links (layout: homepage). It will be generated to /404.html through github-pages - appears to work as intended with
make installbut I did notmake install publishwithout approval for this change.
