Conversation
The default behavior of `Fix.sh` runs keys, GPG, Flatpak, and PAM fixes. This commit updates the usage text to explicitly state this behavior and removes comments that questioned the original script intent. This PR improves the clarity of the Fix.sh script by documenting the default behavior and removing uncertain developer comments. The changes ensure the usage documentation accurately reflects what the script does when run without arguments.
Changes:
- Removed "(default)" annotation from the

Code Review
This pull request correctly clarifies the default behavior of the Fix.sh script by updating the usage message and removing ambiguous comments. The changes are a good improvement for usability. I have one suggestion to make the usage text even clearer and more maintainable by referencing the specific command-line options that constitute the default action.

For improved clarity and maintainability, it would be beneficial to explicitly mention the command-line options that are executed by default. This makes the connection between the default behavior and the available flags more direct for the user and easier to keep in sync if the default options change.

| Default behavior (no arguments) is equivalent to running the '--keys', '--gpg', '--flatpak', and '--pam' options. |
