add a jupyter notebook

add a jupyter notebook for simply plotting moment rate, fault output and surface output.

This notebook points to many input files on /import-freenas server, not reachable by non-LMU users.
And it is outdated, in the sense that the moment rate output has been changed recently (no part of energy output, the structure of the file is different).
I would build the notebook based on one example of the Training rather than the Alaska earthquake.
Overall, I m not sure why such notebook would be needed.

The data folder is not a problem because they should change to their own data. It just give an example of how to plot in jupyter notebook which we don't have yet i guess. I could update the energy output. Thanks!
