Things I've done and needs review :)
-I've working on converting spectrum and implement them in different notebooks for each instruments.
still in progress:
-converting FITS and ingest script.

Let me know which notebooks have been modified to use the new mask script and I'll take a look.

the 6 notebooks has masked region spectra (which is classify by different intruments: BCSpec, Dspec, FIRE, NIR, Xshooter_NIR, spex-prism_NIR) that needs your review on those masked spectra where I used to test the plot in those notebooks and record the region values in the google spreadsheet

I also convert them into spectrum object and created FITS files then finally read them from modified FITS file in BONES_Spectra.py
