- Add GameControllerType from SDL_GameControllerType
- Add GameControllerSubsystem::type_for_index (SDL_GameControllerTypeForIndex) and GameController::r#type (SDL_GameControllerGetType. Annoyed to use r#type).
- Update event.rs to have missing DisplayEvent::Moved (required for the SDL version bump)
- Small updates to the Event documentation
