I agree that the notebook in its current form isn't that useful, but I do think we need a cookbook that just shows how you create an AlchemicalNetwork from a set of Transformations.
As far as I can see, we don't have any cookbooks for that currently?

with the deprecation of
to_rbfe_alchemical_network(OpenFreeEnergy/gufe#726), I think it's more appropriate for users to look at the tutorials for how to create an alchemical network specific to their use-case.Open to thoughts.
