Fixed command being sent on every motion event in touch control mode. Now updates at fixed rate of 20fps while control is touched.

Now functional. Added some menu items. Made app not exit if bluetooth needs to be turned on.
Fixed app exiting after requesting bluetooth permissions. Fixed app crashing when attempting to connect to device with bluetooth off. Added more comments in keyframes. Fixed keyframes sometimes jumping around after switching to the next frame. Fixed keyframes still playing after exiting activity. Added keyframe interpolation with different selectable interpolation methods. Organized code
Makes connecting more reliable. Hopefully fixes issue Nurgak#1 Fixed touch control text

I appreciate the effort. This project has been finished a long time ago, so long in fact that I no longer have an Android phone. I'm not sure how to go about merging pull requests without testing them myself first... |

Yeah this is pretty old so no worries if you don't want to add it. But if you feel like compiling and signing an apk, I could do the testing and send you a video or skype or something. |

Added "Keyframes" activity (screenshot). Allows 6 output channels to be animated with a keyframe animation like system. Keyframe sequences can be saved and loaded from files. Interpolation method can be set per keyframe. Outputs commands with the format "k,time,ch1,ch2,ch3,ch4,ch5,ch6" where time is replaced with time until next command, and ch1-ch6 are replaced with the values of each channel.
Added button to touch control activity to allow switching between sending wheel speed and sending touch position. Made touch control only send commands at 20hz. It was updating needlessly fast on my phone.
Implemented this workaround for better support of newer Bluetooth versions. Hopefully fixes issue #1.
