Added the Spine Secure Proxy section, outlining how a consumer can request information via the SSP. Added the complete Auditing section, including details on access tokens (JWT), audit logs, consumer pointer search/read (covering requests to and responses from the NRL), consumer document/record retrieval (covering requests to and responses from providers), and all audit log attributes.
