demo in not running a relative url . Error http 404 . fixed in this file.
When biding data to form, numeric fields don't work and became invalid, not showing the correct value. Fixed with this commit.
This version works with Angular v1.3 and is not backward with v1.2 compatible due changes in Angular ($interpolate and ng-pattern). https://docs.angularjs.org/guide/migration
