Draft, mostly will use this branch as a test grounds for auto sending mentors invites.

Added in the following

  • Hacker Email sending with templates for Acceptance, Waitlist, Waitlist Accept, Waitlist Reject
  • Mentor invites with option to send the email for a single mentor or a whole batch with CSV upload (including a format made for them)

Need to host the invite image ticket in public/email somewhere (even just after this branch gets deployed to main) since this currently uses Mailchimp's image URL
