Apart of the collaboration with Ultima & the Sowalsky lab to adapt tools to handle single-end sequencing.

griffin_GC_counts.py
Changes to both files involve changing how the program reads in the sequence and calculates the read length. Instead of using template_length, the number of characters in the sequence are used as read length.
