Patches device tree with fdt if 1GB ram is available.
Do not touch device tree for 512MB consoles, but also print that it is unchanged. Also patch PCI ranges for RAM since device tree will be untouched.
Cleaned up changes and removed prints

We patch the device tree if RAM is detected to be 1GB, as is on some Jasper and Slim XDKs. Adds a second bank of 512MB RAM and also patches PCI range for the memory.
