Adds the new page for the V4/events endpoint to fetch event data with a uid.
This page is fully custom as the generated page was using model names from the backend that would not be clear for clients that use this page. It would also no provide an example response based on the event type, something I find would be beneficial as the data is very different from one event type to another.
This page is not currently exposed in the sidebar, thus the page is "hidden" and we will open an MR to add it to the sidebar once the rest of the event types are included and well documented.

In the case of the responses, the example response will change depending on the response fields that you are viewing.
Future MRs will add more event types to the example responses, as well as the response fields to be expected and what they mean in the context of the event.
