Add support for origin custom headers

Add a possibility to define origin custom headers, such as x-api-key.

Hello, any chance to get this merged to master & pushed to npm ?
This would be very very usefull, the plugin is working gr8 still in 2021
Need the ability to edit Custom Origin Headers in order to secure api calls behind CloudFront, without this possibility one still need to post-edit the CF Distribution by hand..
