Implemented LRU cache using OrderedDict with O(1) operations:

• LruCache(limit) - Constructor with validation
• set(key, value) - Store/update with LRU eviction
• get(key) - Retrieve and update access order
  All operations maintain O(1) time complexity. Uses Python's built-in OrderedDict for efficient implementation.

The code itself is great, but you got LRU wrong in the title of the PR!
