When 'returning to previous reading position,' the bot thinks the user scrolled the text but didn't actually read anything and starts talking trash. The pr creates a message dialogue for when returning to your previous reading position. The settimeout is in case you set to scroll to the previous position rather than jump and can be replaced with a callback.
