Add Ds and Xic resonances not present in the PDG

This PR adds Ds and Xic resonances not present in the PDG. The values are consistent with those set in the O2DPG config https://github.com/AliceO2Group/O2DPG/blob/master/MC/config/PWGHF/pythia8/generator/pythia8_charmhadronic_with_decays_DResoTrigger.cfg

Usually it is enough, though in my local tests I use 100 to be sure it does not fail when the load on the ccdb is high.
But I noticed that in the fullCI the timeout happens quite often

Recently the load was well under control and last night in particular it was very low. There was no reason for the timeout from the server side and the requests don't even show up there. I think there's something else at play on the build machines. I've put a cron in place on alimetal01 to probe every minute the connection to the production CCDB instance and record the time and the status code, with a similar timeout of 1s. Let's see if we catch another case like this and correlate with what these probes show.
