There is a problem with iacb box, the configurationVersion and configOBUs_size fields are encoded twice |

tests/test_000850_s.mp4 should contain stss box， because this audio contains non-keyframes |

tests/test_000850_f.mp4 also has a similar problem, the keyframe information is not marked |

I'm just uploading MP4 at this time. When the remaining changes are finalized, I'll add the
