Non-global presence of actions #1

Hi!
@girliemac i tried this example and it works perfectly, but "actions" are now available for any message in any chat or channel.
My goal is app that will work in channel selected by client, because actions are part of app (e.g. accept request/reject request).
How can I do that? Thank you!
