Add support for [tool.pytest] TOML block added in pytest 9

Unless I'm missing something it seems that only the ini_options block is currently supported?

I assume you mean in one of the plug-ins, which one? Both sp-repo-review and validate-pyproject-schema-store support it these days.

Ok, I think I got it slightly wrong in that it's finding the [tool.pytest] section but it's suggesting I add things to the old one:

Oh, okay. I'm not sure if we could detect which one to use reliably, maybe mentioning both would be best? For an example, what do you have there already, anything? Maybe if tool.pytest exists but not tool.pytest.ini_options?
