Error messages on parsing team config are exceedingly vague

If you don't have a github: { team: <something> } set in a team file, it just outputs Error parsing team file: YAML serialization/deserialization failed, path: /Users/cody/src/canvas-lms/gems/canvas_errors/config/teams/test.yml to stderr with no indication what's actually wrong with the file. The error message sounds like a YAML syntax error, even though the file is clearly syntactically valid.
