Currently I take the markdown output and manually filter by REP-2005 repositories (then render to HTML for copy-pasting)

Report generator has an option to filter for REP-2005 contributions.

Implementation Notes / Suggestions

We should be able to grab the source of https://www.ros.org/reps/rep-2005.html, which isn't exactly meant to be machine-readable, and at least search for repository URLs within the text. This should be an accurate filter for contribution results.
