search result issue

Hello, i am not sure if this is a known issue or the module is created that way. While i make a search in any other language the output is first english and then the searched language. I tried to isolate english but i couldn't succeed.

I created a small app in python which is using PyMultiDictionary but i can not manage to avoid the english translation. See the repo and the app here. Dictionary
