[maintenance] Remove Chrome version 143 pin in `webgl-jasmine-chromeLatest`

#7690 adds a temporary pin of the Chrome version to 143 for the webgl-jasmine-chromeLatest job because the CI was showing many failures with Chrome 144 (see here).

However the whole point of the job is to run with the latest Chrome version and catch any issues early. So the pin should be revisited a week or two from now and removed if possible (either due to a new Chrome patch resolving the issue, hopefully, OR due to us making a fix in the codebase).
