I'm closing this, as there is not enough information.

To be able to diagnose this, we would need the exact time as well as the IP address of the user. We use a distributed CDN and without location I can't tell in which location the server is that serves your request.

Even with that, we do not control the CDN directly, and likely won't be able to help either unless it's a persistent issue.
