Admin.start() returns false and no HTTP server starts in ObjectBox 4.3.0

In version 4.3.0, calling:

boolean started = new Admin(boxStore).start(context);

always returns false, and no web server is started.

I have initialized the admin in Java and executed adb forward tcp:8090 tcp:8090, but I still cannot access http://127.0.0.1:8090/index.html
