Describe the bug
Hello Modrinth Team,
I am writing to report a few issues that started occurring immediately after the latest update of the Modrinth App on Linux (GNOME + Wayland).
-
Mouse positioning in Minecraft (Java Edition): Since the update, when opening the inventory in-game, the mouse cursor stays at its last position instead of snapping to the center of the screen. This makes gameplay (especially PvP) very difficult. I have tested this with a clean profile and also with the default Minecraft launcher, where the issue does not occur, so it seems to be specific to how the Modrinth App handles the window focus or GLFW libraries in the new version.
-
Cursor Theme Inconsistency: The app no longer respects the system's cursor theme (macOS cursor). While the system uses the correct theme, inside the Modrinth App and occasionally in-game, it reverts to the default Adwaita/X11 cursor.
System Info:
OS: Manjaro Linux (arch based)
Desktop Environment: GNOME (Wayland)
Modrinth App Version: Modrinth App 0.10.27
Is there a specific setting or a JVM argument I should use to restore the previous behavior?
Thank you for your help!
