Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug
I don't know when this change/bug came to be, but ever since it happened, I've been having a lot of difficulty spotting the scroll bar in order to scroll content on the website. I've had to stare closely at my monitor at times to try and figure out its location.

Steps to reproduce
- Go on https://modrinth.com/discover/mods?m=100
- Scroll down a bit, and then try locating the scroll bar with your cursor not focused on it.
Expected behavior
Make it bigger and more visible, there's a lot of space.
