All versions that already uploaded disappeared

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug

I uploaded a version to my project. After I finished the upload, the version appeared on my project.

But after I refreshed the page, the version disappeared.

After that, I uploaded another version and the first version I uploaded appeared.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload one version
2. Refresh webpage
3. Upload another version.

Expected behavior

The first version that I uploaded should always appear on the page.

Additional context

tested on:

• Firefox 146.0 on Fedora 43
• Firefox 147.0.1 on Android 16

I also tried tun off my VPN, but it still happens.

Is this an API error or frontend error?
Do you need the HAR file?
