[Bug] Item image broken when uploaded by stock manager

AS IS:
As a Stock manager, when I upload an image to an item (*.webp file) the image is not visible when the item is activated by the admin. Also, the image of the item is not visible in TPOS

TO BE:
As a Stock manager, when I upload an image to an item (*.webp file) the image is also visible when the item is activated by admin. Also, the image of the item is visible in TPOS.

WORKAROUND

As admin, delete item image and re-upload image
