Kgpg icon appears just very briefly

Bug description

When starting Kgpg, it's systray icon flashes up just very briefly about 0.2 seconds.

Kgpg is unfortunately designed in a way, so it doesn't show it's main window if the kgpg process is already running in background. (except using -k)

I guess this is caused by some KDE/Qt mess :-/

Steps to reproduce

1. boot linuxmint-22.3-cinnamon-64bit.iso in Qemu
2. run: sudo apt install -y kgpg
3. run kgpg and follow first-run wizard (no need to create a key)
4. run: pkill -cex kgpg; kgpg

Expected behavior

Kgpg sysicon stays visible.
